Gallon filling machine description:

QGF-120 is special for 3 & 5 gallon drink water production line which is an ideal equipment for filling mineral water, distilled water, purified water. The main material is stainless steel which is corrosion resisting and easy to clean. Main electric original uses international brand like Mitsubishi,Schneider  , and gas circuit uses AIRTAC brand products. The jet nozzle of washing inner and outer barrel is used of the USA Spray company unique equipments.
 
Gallon filling machine features:

1. The machine has compact structure, small footprint, perfect control system, easy operation and high degree of automation.

2. Filling liquid cylinder, filling valve and other parts in contact with materials are made of sanitary grade 304 stainless steel, easy to clean, in line with the requirements of food hygiene.

3. Normal pressure filling principle, sanitary positioning filling valve, accurate liquid level without liquid loss, to ensure excellent filling quality.

4. The electric control adopts PCL programmable controller, realizing the automatic control from the bottle into the machine to the packaging. The frequency control is adopted, which is easy for users to adjust and prepare, meeting the requirements of different processes on production capacity.

5. The main electrical components, frequency converter, photoelectric switch, proximity switch, electric control valve, etc. are imported from MITSUBISHI, OMRON Omron, SCHNEIDER Schneider, etc., to ensure the excellent performance of the whole machine.
6. The control system has the functions of automatic water level control, missing cover detection and alarm, automatic bottle stop alarm and shift output count.

Bottle rinsing:

There are several times battle inside rinsing steps for 5 gallon bottle, which can make sure wahsing efficiency.
 

Bottle filling:

It adopts grivity filling (filling valve type is optional accoridng to customer barrel and requirements), it can finish hig speed filling, and can control the backflow water well.

Capping:

This machine adopts 1 pcs roller capping,automatic cap loading susye, helps bottle get the cap automatically, then roller capping system will help press the cap step by step during the bottle moving, which can save production time. and whole capping part is 

fully covered in the machine, so the process is very clean.

Cap loading system:

It feeds the cap to capping part of machine automatically, and cap loader part will arrange the cap in good position to send them  into cap tunnel.
